  • 1 cup Hazelnuts
  • 1/2 cup Almonds (roasted)
  • 1/2 cup Cacao Powder (pure)
  • Pinch of Cinnamon Powder
  • 2 ½ tablespoons Raw Honey
  • Salt (as required)

Steps:

Roast Hazelnuts and Almonds:

  • Preheat the oven to 160°C (320°F).
  • Dry roast hazelnuts and almonds on a baking sheet for 10 minutes.
Blend Nuts, Cinnamon, Cacao Powder:
  • Allow the roasted nuts to slightly cool.
  • Blend hazelnuts, almonds, a pinch of cinnamon powder and cacao powder in a high-wattage mixer or food processor until smooth. Scrape down the sides as needed.
Add Raw Honey:
  • Once a smooth consistency is achieved, add raw honey to the nut and cacao mixture.
  • Blend again to evenly incorporate the honey.
Adjust Consistency:
  • If needed, you can add more roasted almonds to adjust the consistency without using water. Blend until the desired texture is reached.
  • Optionally, add a pinch of salt to enhance flavor.
