Honey is one of the most adulterated food products in the world?

Yes! Honey is one of the most adulterated products on our planet. With the widespread use of high fructose corn syrup and additives, over 70% of honey available in India is either counterfeit or mislabeled. Adulterated honey not only deceives consumers but also poses risks to health due to the presence of additives, antibiotics, and heavy metals.

Honey loses all its goodness when heated above 40°C?

During most processing/ pasteurization processes, raw honey is heated above the threshold temperature, thereby compromising beneficial enzymes and thus, health benefits. Consuming processed (=pasteurized) honey does no good to your body!

Exposing honey to temperatures above 40°C diminishes its natural goodness, leaving you with a diluted experience. Avoid mixing your honey with hot teas and beverages. Instead, drizzle raw honey onto your favorite foods, lukewarm drinks, savoring the essence and goodness that nature intended.
